Shipping & Returns


Delivery:
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If a product is in stock it will be delivered to you within 7 days. If it is not in stock please allow 28 working days. If you would like to receive your order on a specific date please let us know and we will do our best.


Postage & Packing:

UK: £3.49 per order regardless of the number of items ordered.

Non UK: £8.00 per order regardless of the number of items ordered.

All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon receipt.



Faulty Goods:
You have seven days from the date of receipt to inspect your goods for any faults. If any of your goods are faulty please contact us within seven days, quoting the date of order and the order number . We will re-imburse postage costs for faulty goods returned for inspection.
All faulty goods will be replaced without postal charge.

Cancellation Of Order:
You may cancel your order within 7 working days provided it has not already been despatched.

Returning Goods:
Bling Equestrian operates a 7-day returns policy. Within this time period, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund excluding any postage cost. The item(s) must still be in the original packaging and not have been worn. Please include your name, address and telephone number in your package. For security reasons, we recommend using recorded delivery for your return.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, returns are not possible for pierced earings or sets which include pierced earings.

Undelivered Goods:
If any part of your order is not delivered please contact us within 7 days.

All items we despatch are tracked and therefore any lost package will be investigated by Royal Mail.
